14. Change order  Work can begin when verbal approval is received from Commissioner  Funding has been verified  If change order verbal is needed, use of phone call or email will usually suffice on a specification item work (Examples – fuel & asphalt adjustments, some overruns, etc.)

15. Specification Book  New book for 2008  Rewrite to be completed by October 2007  In place for January 2008 Letting  Index hopefully located in back of the book
