2 2014 Accomplishments Jumpstart 2014 w/ a New Year’s Resolution for your business: Sustainability at Work challenge 1.31.14 Box of toiletries – NARA/Indian Day Celebration Graduation potluck, baby showers, quarterly potlucks 8 week summer challenge – staff awarded with incentives for completion Annual all staff picnic @ Oaks Amusement Park – August NICWA gifting program – partnered with BIA for Christmas gift tags –Volunteered to help wrap gifts - December Holiday Party (Ate-Oh-Ate Hawaiian food) – December

5 2015 NPAIHB Wellness Survey Q1: Please circle your interest in each of the activities as they have applied to you: –Potlucks/Special occasions = 81.48% –Weekly workouts = 51.85% Q2: Please rate your interest in each of these activities: –Lunchtime movies = Somewhat interested/Indifferent –Team Sports = Indifferent –Planned Hikes = Somewhat interested –Lunchtime fieldtrips = Somewhat interested Q3: Do you utilize the 30 minutes of wellness offered during the working day? –Yes = 92.31% – No = 7.69%

8 2015 Goals Send weekly workouts/monthly wellness tips Initiate 8 week challenge (summer) –Participate in other Tribal fitness challenges –Shamrock run, Race for the Cure, AIDS walk Implement suggestions from NPAIHB Wellness survey –Secret Pal board – 6 months –Brown bag presentation(s) –Yoga sessions/videos & other weekly workouts (bike riding & meditation etc.)

9 2015 Goals End of the year survey/feedback on brown bag presentations, weekly workouts, fitness challenges etc. Involvement of staff when planning annual picnic, holiday party & other activities Participate in other sustainability at work or other wellness work challenges Continue to support & provide wellness activities, tools, resources for our Tribes Continue to provide healthy food options for all staff, project meetings & conferences
