4 Benefit Specialists will be able to access LT101 assessments using the secure Provider Web Portal In preparation, ACS re-activated all Department of Family Service’s (DFS) EqualityCare provider numbers ACS has registered all DFS Benefit Specialists for the Provider Web Portal Each Benefit Specialist will receive an email containing their unique secure Provider Web Portal User ID and Password 4

8 To begin, you must first go to the ACS Wyoming Medicaid website at: –http://wyequalitycare.acs-inc.comhttp://wyequalitycare.acs-inc.com –Click on “Provider” button 8

10 After clicking the “Provider” button (or selecting the LT101 tab in ECOM) the Provider Welcome web page will open Each Benefit Specialist will receive a unique User ID and Password to enter the secured Provider Web Portal Enter your User ID and Password then click on the “Log In” button 10

12 After clicking the “Log In” button, the ACS Wyoming Medicaid Home page will open You are now in the secured Provider Web Portal Click on the LT101 Inquiry link, under the Inquiries header 12

14 After clicking on the LT101 Inquiry link, the LT101 Inquiry web page will open You may complete a client LT101 search by entering one of the following: 1.EqualityCare ID or 2.Combination of Name, Date of Birth and Gender or 3.Combination of Name and Social Security Number or 4.Combination of Date of Birth and Social Security Number Once you entered one of these options, click on the “Submit” button If you click on the “Reset” button it will clear your entries 14

16 After clicking on the “Submit” button, one of the following will occur: –the LT101 Inquiry Results screen will open or –you will receive a message that there are no LT101 records found The results page displays the Client Name, SSN, EqualityCare ID, DOB, Gender and LT101 assessments You may select the button corresponding to the form you want to view and click the “Submit” button 16

18 After clicking the “Submit” button, the Assessment of Medical Necessity for Long Term Care web page will open This page provides you the necessary information needed to determine medical necessity At the bottom of the web page, you may either go “Back” to the Inquiry Results page, “Print”, or conduct a “New Search” Remember to print this screen for the client’s case file when used to determine medical necessity 18

21 21 Projected implementation date, August 3, 2009 ACS will email User IDs and Passwords the last week of July (projected time frame) This presentation will be posted to the “What’s New” and “Provider Training” pages on the ACS Wyoming Medicaid website ECOM will be updated with a LT101 tab to take you immediately to the Provider Welcome page
