1. Toss the Scarf

2. Hold scarf in right hand, toss and catch with right hand….let’s go for 5 times. Hold scarf in left hand, toss and catch with left hand….let’s go for 5 times.

3. Hold scarf in right hand, toss and catch with the left hand……that’s right, it’s 5 X. Hold scarf in left hand, toss and catch with right hand, 5 X

4. Toss scarf up and circle around before catching it. Toss scarf up and tap head, shoulders, knees and toes and catch scarf. How about that one 5 times?

5. Face a neighbor, toss your scarves up and catch each other’s. Face another neighbor and try it again.

6. Take a rest!
