3 Next Steps for MARS Taskforce Team members are currently participating in the Advanced Metering Implementation Team (AMIT) workshops. We are expecting that the long term deliverables would come from AMIT’s Project 8 objectives and business requirements Project 8- Long Term Settlement Solution Develop and implement a centralized location for AMS settlement data that the whole market uses (long term solution as identified in the 2008 ERCOT Settlement Study). Note: This may not be the only objective for Project 8. Team members are currently participating in the Advanced Metering Implementation Team (AMIT) workshops. We are expecting that the long term deliverables would come from AMIT’s Project 8 objectives and business requirements Project 8- Long Term Settlement Solution Develop and implement a centralized location for AMS settlement data that the whole market uses (long term solution as identified in the 2008 ERCOT Settlement Study).
