Elementary School Proposals New Instructional Materials to Enhance Literacy and Mathematics Programs Program Renewals in All Core Content Areas Summer Support for Schools To support our elementary schools over the summer – one nurse per school for two days each. Montville Township Public Schools

Elementary School Proposals Possible Reduction of 5.0 Elementary Teachers (-1.0)Cedar Hill (-1.0)Valley View (-2.0) William Mason (-1.0) Woodmont Decreases in staffing based on enrollment. Montville Township High School Proposals. 4 ESL Teacher Will require benefits as a.6 becomes a 1.0 position. 1.0 Science Teacher Necessary as the many students presently enrolled in biology will take chemistry next year. Montville Township High School Proposals New Course Offerings AP Human Geography Expansion of the Research Based Humanities Program Student centered, problem based learning experience in the Humanities. Includes Chromebooks and carts to support the expansion of the program. Montville Township Public Schools

District Curriculum Development Proposal Curriculum development and writing to meet the requirements of the Curriculum Standards – stipends for teams of teachers. Description Under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, and the Supervisors, teachers will work in teams and develop curriculum in a limited number of content areas.
