3 HBSUSTAINABILITY What You Can Do The Grille has recently added composting When clearing your plate in the Grille, separate out composting into the new composting bins

4 HBSUSTAINABILITY Benefits of Composting Reduces or eliminates the need for chemical fertilizers Prevents contamination of the groundwater at landfills by reducing creation of methane gas and leachates Generates high-nutrient organic material that can be used to improve soil quality and can be sold as a marketable commodity Diverts organic materials from landfills extending their life
