10  In addition to Maturity and Adoptability, the S&I Framework considered: – Regulatory (MU, HIPAA, Other) – Usage Within S&I Framework  For each of the core domains (Maturity, Adoptability, Regulatory, Usage w/i S&I), the standards were grouped into: – Content and Structure – Transport and Security – Cross-Category – Vocabulary and Code Set  An S&I Framework Standards Evaluation Template was developed to identify candidate standards for an initiative and evaluate (score) candidate standards S&I Framework Additional Evaluation Domains

14  Systematic review of candidate standards for S&I Framework Initiatives  Offers a way to document identified standards and consistently evaluate them based on defined criteria  Criteria depends on best assessment of reviewers; through review meetings, differences get resolved and a consensus rating achieved  Started to be applied with Structure Data Capture, Health eDecisions, QueryHealth Initiatives Concluding Comments
