Disaster Activation Notification and Responsibilities On-Campus Code Triage Internal or External Level I Overhead Announcement Department Head Page Responsibilities Provide for safety of patients, staff, and visitors; Maintain situational awareness by listening to overhead announcements and directions including safety messages Staff are not permitted to go home unless otherwise directed by the Incident Commander or Supervisor. Inventory staff, supplies, and resources; Input your unit information into the Unit Disaster Report Form (UDAR) or online via command aware at www.commandaware.com. 10
