Prey Waterhole Selection –Normal operation Preferred waterhole –Hunter spotted Change preference

Prey Vision –Total Radius y Used for movement/waterhole finding –Spook Radius If a hunter is spotted in this radius it will enter a heightened awareness state –Kill Radius If a hunter is spotted in this radius the Aibo will attempt to escape

Prey Movement –Top Speed Velocity = 2v where v is velocity of hunter Will use top speed when running away –Spooked Speed Faster than normal speed, slower than top speed –Normal Speed 1.5v> Velocity > v

Prey Sustenance –Water –Certain interval –Remains at waterhole for set interval

Prey Sleep –Must return to its lair during the Night Cycle

Prey Escape Routine –Run away from danger –Return to lair as fast as possible

Hunter Waterhole Selection –Normal operation Random selection/Preference Weighted Communicate with other Hunter on starting hole Exhaustive search of the waterholes Prey Spotted at waterhole –Preference ++; –Attack operation Go to waterhole where preference reaches set limit Both Hunters Approach same waterhole

Hunter Vision –The Hunters have a vision radius larger than the spook radius of the prey, which will allow them to stalk the prey
