Grants for Arts Educators  Proceeds of the festival have been used for:  unique classroom learning opportunities  special equipment for arts classroom use  P.E.F has been able to offer nearly100 arts grants over the past 11years in upwards of $140,000  They have been awarded to visual and performing arts teachers district wide

12. Spring of 2012- Entered discussions with the City about moving the festival to a downtown location. Multiple meetings about available resources hurdles, and desired outcomes. July of 2012- Finalized the partnership and finalized a date. Peoria Unified committee of arts educators assembled to view the location and facilities.
