Jupiter and it’s red eye By: Kelli and Jaydah

Size Of Planet  Jupiter is the most massive planet in the Solar System.  The size of this massive planet is 141,700 km  It is 318 times bigger than the mass of the Earth.  In fact, Jupiter is 2.5 times the mass of the rest of the Solar System put together.

Location of Jupiter in the Solar System  Jupiter is the fifth planet in our solar system.  It would take 1 ½ years to travel to Jupiter because we take a break on Mars.  How much fuel will be required for the trip? We will need 5,000 gallons of gasoline.

Atmosphere  Energy zones and cool zones appears as all fragrances as light  The atmosphere appears as alternating bands of light regions  People believe that the belts represent descending

Other Fun Facks  Jupiter is the most massive planet!  If it was 80 times more massive it would be considered a star  Jupiter has 4 moons  Europa, ganuyered, and callisto  That’s all it named  Jupiter looks like a star at night but it’s really Jupiter in the sky.

More fun facts  Jupiter comes close to earth every 12 years.  Ganymede (moon) is the biggest out of all the moons.  In 2003 scientist discovered 23 more moon surrounding Jupiter this happened because of it’s opposition.  Jupiter has no solid surface

Jupiter’s Temp  Jupiter’s tempiture is very cold  Our space ship is covered with duct tape and aluminum foil in our rocket ship.  We may by a portable

Jupiter’s Surface  Jupiter has no surface, it is a gas giant.  We will orbit it until we find a space we would like to live in for a bit.  We will keep moving around when we find every thing there is to know about Jupiter, then we will return to Earth.

By: Kelli and Jaydah  What three interesting facts did you learn about Jupiter throughout this powerpoint?  Do you know all the moon names?  Do you know all the planets in order counting three of the dwarf planets?  Did you enjoy our powerpoint?

About our spacecraft our destination is Jupiter The features that make Jupiter unique are: Location in the solar system It’s a gas giant(can’t land on Jupiter’s surface because there is no hard surface Size of planet The mission will be unmaned

Thanks
