General Information Paula Fernandez is an enrolled Menominee women who lives and works on the Menominee Indian Reservation. She is married and she has five children. She practices and teaches the traditional ways. Sacred Little Ones Initiative is a special project devoted and dedicated to the infusion of Menominee and Native culture into reservation pre-school instruction. This project is funded through the American Indian College Fund and the W. K. Kellogg Foundation.
