When we are like sheep, wandering off in all directions, God calls us together. When we are like sheep, following blindly the latest trend, God heads us off in a different direction. When we are like sheep, lost and heading for danger, God searches till we are found. So come to the God who calls us and challenges us, and when we are lost, searches for us and gently carries us back to the fold.

Jesus Christ, I think upon Your sacrifice, You became nothing, poured out to death. Many times I’ve wondered at Your gift of life, And I’m in that place once again. And I’m in that place once again. And once again I look upon The cross where You died, I’m humbled by Your mercy And I’m broken inside. Once again I thank You, Once again I pour out my life.

Now You are exalted to the highest place, King of the heavens, where one day I’ll bow. But for now, I marvel at this saving grace, And I’m full of praise once again. I’m full of praise once again. And once again I look upon The cross where You died, I’m humbled by Your mercy And I’m broken inside. Once again I thank You, Once again I pour out my life.

Thank You for the cross, Thank You for the cross, my Friend. (Repeat 4 times) And once again I look upon The cross where You died, I’m humbled by Your mercy And I’m broken inside. Once again I thank You, Once again I pour out my life. CCL Licence number: 831649. Matt Redman.

Luke 15:1-10 (New International Version) The Parable of the Lost Sheep Now the tax collectors and "sinners" were all gathering around to hear him. But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, "This man welcomes sinners and eats with them." Then Jesus told them this parable: "Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Does he not leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbours together and says, 'Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.' I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one

sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent. The Parable of the Lost Coin "Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses one. Does she not light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbours together and says, 'Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.' In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents."

There is a redeemer, Jesus, God’s own Son, Precious Lamb of God, Messiah, Holy One. Thank You, O my Father, For giving us Your Son, And leaving Your Spirit— Till the work on earth is done.

Jesus my Redeemer, Name above all names, Precious Lamb of God, Messiah, O for sinners slain. Thank You, O my Father, For giving us Your Son, And leaving Your Spirit— Till the work on earth is done.

When I stand in glory I will see His face, And there I’ll serve my King forever In that holy place. Thank You, O my Father, For giving us Your Son, And leaving Your Spirit— Till the work on earth is done. CCL Licence number: 831649. Melody Green.

How deep the father’s love for us, How vast beyond all measure, That He should give His only Son To make a wretch His treasure. How great the pain of searing loss – The Father turns His face away, As wounds which mar the Chosen One Bring many sons to glory.

Behold the man upon a cross, My sin upon His shoulders; Ashamed, I hear my mocking voice Call out among the scoffers. It was my sin that held Him there Until it was accomplished; His dying breath has brought me life – I know that it is finished.

I will not boast in anything, No gifts, no power, no wisdom; But I will boast in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection. Why should I gain from His reward? I cannot give an answer; But this I know with all my heart – His wounds have paid my ransom. CCL Licence number: 831649. Stuart Townend.
