Being a rebel rouser, specifically a condition of revolt against a government that is less than an organized revolution and that is not recognized as combative. 7) Revolt. To renounce allegiance or subjection (as to a government). 8) Revolution. Applies to a successful rebellion resulting in a major change (as in government).
