10. Bridge with Harold Schogger © We have now lost the ability to bid 2NT in natural sense as that is transfer to Diamonds so what to do ? We still need to use 2  as transfer to Hearts We still need to use 2  as transfer to Spades We still need to use 2NT as transfer to Diamonds Therefore the only bid we can dabble with is the 2  Stayman bid So we now use NON PROMISORY Stayman ie every time we bid Stayman we may or may not have a four card Major More often that not we will in fact still have 4 spades or 4 Hearts
