3 INTEGRITY There is no trust without integrity. Telling the truth, taking responsibility for past actions, admitting mistakes and fixing them. Compassion, fairness, goodness, honor, justice & loyalty. Integrity is listening to others & valuing human dignity.

4 ATTITUDE We have a choice every day regarding our attitude. We cannot change our past, what was - was. We cannot change how people react, what is – is. Life is 10% what happens and 90% how we react. We are in charge. What will be is up to me.
