2. 2 School of Business Career Services US Army Officer Candidate Course Must be a US Citizen, college graduate and at least 18 years old (but not older than 40). 12 weeks of intense classroom and field training in Ft. Benning, GA. Phase 1 will focus on developing leadership skills required of a commissioned officer. As a Senior Phase Candidate in Phase 2, you are tested on both leadership abilities and your ability to work as a team during an intense 18-day training mission.

3. 3 School of Business Career Services US Army Loan Repayment Program The Army will repay the remaining original (verified) unpaid principal on qualifying loan(s) acquired prior to entry on active duty. Payments made under the program are considered as taxable income in the year(s) that payments are made. The Army will repay 33 1/3 percent or $1,500 per year, whichever amount is greater, after the Soldier's successful completion of each year on active duty.
