In His days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell securely; and this is His name by which He will be called, 'The LORD our righteousness.'"

Prophecy Jeremiah 23:5-8 Therefore behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, "When they will no longer say, 'As the LORD lives, who brought up the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt: but, As the LORD lives, who brought up and led back the descendants of the household of Israel from the north land and from all the countries where I had driven them.' Then they will live on their own soil.

The Names and the Redemption Exodus 1: 1 Now these are the names of the sons of Israel who came to Egypt with Jacob; they came each one with his household. Genesis 46:8 And these are the names of the children of Israel, which came into Egypt, Jacob and his sons: Reuben, Jacob's firstborn.

Joseph Prepares for Redemption Exodus 1:5 But Joseph was already in Egypt.

Joseph’s Prophecy Exodus 1:6 Joseph died. Genesis 50:24-25 Joseph said to his brothers, "I am about to die, but God will surely take care of you and bring you up from this land to the land which He promised on oath to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob." Then Joseph made the sons of Israel swear, saying, "God will surely take care of you, and you shall carry my bones up from here."

The Death of Messiah son of Joseph Exodus 1:6 Joseph died, and all his brothers and all that generation.

Sons of One Father Exodus 1:8 Now a new king arose over Egypt, who did not know Joseph. John 8:44 You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him.

Redemption from Darkness Exodus 1:14 And they made their lives bitter with hard labor in mortar and bricks and at all kinds of labor in the field, all their labors which they rigorously imposed on them.

Pharaoh and Herod Exodus 1:22 Then Pharaoh commanded all his people, saying, "Every son who is born you are to cast into the Nile, and every daughter you are to keep alive."

The Divorce Exodus 2: 1-2 Now a man from the house of Levi went and married a daughter of Levi. The woman conceived and bore a son.

He Was Good Exodus 2:2 The woman conceived and bore a son; and when she saw that he was beautiful, she hid him for three months. John 1:5, 9 The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. There was the true Light which, coming into the world, enlightens every man.

Acts 7:25-28 And he supposed that his brethren understood that God was granting them deliverance through him, but they did not understand. On the following day he appeared to them as they were fighting together, and he tried to reconcile them in peace, saying, "Men, you are brethren, why do you injure one another?" But the one who was injuring his neighbor pushed him away, saying, "Who made you a ruler and judge over us? You do not mean to kill me as you killed the Egyptian yesterday, do you?"

John 8:57-59 57 Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham? 58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am. 59 Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.

The Serpent - The Leprous Hand Exodus 4:2-3 2 And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod. 3 And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it. Exodus 4:6 And the LORD said furthermore unto him, Put now thine hand into thy bosom.
