1. Kanlux S.A. is one of the biggest and oldest Polish company of the lighting sector. Its products have been sold since 1989, that is already for twenty years. Kanlux employs over 150 people, investing in their development, among others by organising various training courses. 2. Kanlux trade offer contains over 1500 product items. Kanlux products include light sources, build-in lighting fixtures, desk lamps, wall & ceiling lighting fittings, ceiling light fittings, garden luminaires, industrial lighting fixtures, halogen and metal-halide floodlights, modular devices, electro-installation fittings. Kanlux supports over 3 000 economic entities. The turnovers of the company in 2008 upwards of 30 million EURO. Fast accomplishment of orders is possible, due to the implemented ERP2 software. 3. The company has sister partnerships in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Kanlux distributes products to the markets in several countries: Ukrainian, Russian, Belarusian, Lithuanian, Slovenian, Estonian, Bulgarian, German, French, Belgian, Dutch, Danish, Italian, Irish and Swedish. 4. Kanlux products are popular in entire central and eastern Europe, due to the permanent maintenance of their high quality and reasonable price. In order to guarantee adequate quality of goods, Kanlux invests in products researches. Using both the external laboratories as well as its own measurement devices. 5. Kanlux premises are located on Silesia, in Radzionków. A modern office building and two high-storage warehouses, that constitute the company’s property, are located on the allotment with an area of over 2 hectares. Kanlux headquarter 5/6

6. Since 2004, Kanlux is certified by ISO. The company is also the winner of numerous competitions and plebiscites, including: eight times in a row, gained the title of “Business Fair Play”. In January 2008 the company acquired the title “Company of Primus Inter Pares 2007” awarded to companies investing in human capital and proven on the market. Since 2006, each year Kanlux receives a “Bussiness Gazelle” prize. In March 2007, it received a “Deliberate Company” certificate granted by the BGK Credit in appreciation to success in managing company's accounts.
