1 Aerial Fire fighting Best tactic : Initial Attack. Attack the fire at the initial phase with Air and Ground assets. Keep it small and fight it hard. Aircraft role : - Support the Ground Fire Fighter’s efforts to stop and suppress the fire. - Buy them time until they can access it. - Slow down or stop the spread. -Contain the fire with Retardant. - Protect lives and homes.

3 Spot fires Tankers drop Retardant to stop the spread and contain the fire. Main objective is To support Ground fire fighters. Helicopters drop water on spot fires which jumped the line. Coordination airplane directs Air Operation and coordinates with ground fire fighters
