7 When Beaten Down By Sin, We Cry Out to Our Gracious Savior and He Hears Our Cry for Mercy in your anger in your wrathmerciful heal “O LORD, do not rebuke me in your anger or discipline me in your wrath. Be merciful to me, LORD, for I am faint; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are in agony” (Ps. 6:1-2).
