My purpose is to : Make a positive Difference every moment of every day My passion is helping people all they can be – esp teenage kids – sharing basic life skills so they don’t look back in 20yrs saying if only I knew then what I know now! My vision is to have the next generation living a fuller more purposeful/purpose filled life that they enjoy more

Are you feeding it? Challenge today is to eat better?

27. The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude to me is more important than facts.... We cannot change our past...we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10 percent what happens to me and 90 percent how I react to it. 28. What can you do? Some Tips: Focus on improving some little things: Stand depressed Just change your stance stand hands up smiling and be depressed Practically focus on the multitude of little things every day – eg ring tone, pictures on wall, shows you watch, music you listen to etc
