3. Something Simple…….

4. Something Complicated……. God ___________all things…. For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities— all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. Col. 1:16-17

5. Something Complicated……. God ___________all things…. And He (Christ) is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. Heb. 1:3b

6. Something Complicated……. God creates and upholds with ___________…. There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven…He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end. Ecc. 3:1,11

7. Job... This doesn’t mean we have to understand it !!! Then the LORD answered Job out of the storm. He said: “Who is this that darkens my counsel with words without knowledge? Brace yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer me..“Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation? Tell me, if you understand. Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know! Who stretched a measuring line across it? On what were its footings set, or who laid its cornerstone—

8. “Have you journeyed to the springs of the sea or walked in the recesses of the deep? Have the gates of death been shown to you? Have you seen the gates of the shadow of death ? Have you comprehended the vast expanses of the earth? Tell me, if you know all this…. Surely you know, for you were already born! You have lived so many years! Job 36:16-18,21

9. Something Complicated……. God creates and upholds with purpose in ________ …. For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. Psm. 139:13-16

10. Something Complicated……. God purpose for ___ is found in ________ … we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again… Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! 2 Cor. 5:14b-17 The cross was not a coincidence!!!

11. Something Complicated……. The purpose in the cross is so that God could be close to ____ Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded… Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. James 4:7-9 Do we want to be close to God ???
