They have no Christian neighbors, friends or co-workers who can witness to them There are no Christian programs on the radio or TV There are no Bibles or other Christian literature There is no neighborhood Church THERE IS NO ONE TO TELL THEM The Bad News Is … ONE THIRD OF THE WORLD HAS BEEN KEPT FROM THE GOSPEL

4. BUT GOD HAS A PLAN… But how shall they ask him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them unless someone sends him? Rom 10:14-15 TLB

5. THERE ARE FOUR AGENTS IN GOD’S PLAN OF REDEMPTION God – Who provides salvation The Sinner – Who calls out for salvation The Goer – Who takes the message of salvation to the unreached The Sender – Who provides the support, financial and prayer, to send the goer with the message of salvation

GOD PROVIDES SALVATION God Wants Everyone To Be Saved God Has Even Delayed The Coming Of Christ So That Others Might Be Saved Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only- begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slow concerning His promise, as some count slowness, but is long-suffering toward us, not purposing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

7. THE SINNER MUST CALL ON THE LORD God Hears the Cry of Every Penitent Heart God’s Answer Will Be Immediate Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear. Isa 59:1 …How gracious he will be when you cry for help! As soon as he hears, he will answer you. Isa 30:19 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Rom. 10:13

8. GOERS MUST GO “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8 Every Christian is called to be a witness but some are called to go

9. The only plan that God has for reaching the lost is to send people to win people Those Who Go Are Called Missionaries Or “Sent Ones”

10. BUT GOERS CAN’T GO UNLESS SOMEONE AGREES TO SEND THEM Missionaries are not asking for favors or charity but for PARTNERS to invest in the lost of this world They are not seeking your left-overs but the very best that you have to invest in eternity

SENDERS MUST SEND Senders need goers as much as goers need senders – It takes both to obey the Great Commission Senders will share the rewards with the goers "The one receiving a prophet in [the] name of a prophet will take hold of a prophet's reward, and the one receiving a righteous [person] in the name of a righteous [person] will take hold of a righteous [person's] reward. Mat 10:41 ALT

17. How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? Rom 10:14 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? Rom 10:15 Four Hows? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without preaching? The Answer: They can’t unless there are senders and goers
