Improving Law enforcement Adopt the motorway police model for traffic police Provide road furniture to assist public compliance and police action There is need to legalize transport sector Implement third party insurance to give relief to injured road users Police should be provided with effective enforcement tools from fines Deal traffic accidents through MVO and traffic police
