3. Walk In The Strength Of God Review 1. The belt of truth (v 14) – This is the Word of God that determines our beliefs, values and priorities in life. Are you willing to engage in spiritual battle? 2. The breastplate of righteousness (v 14) – This is the righteousness given us by God that enables us to live a holy life, giving us confidence before God and before men. Do you have confidence for spiritual battle? 3. The shoes of the gospel of peace (v 15) – These shoes give us readiness for action and firm-footed stability. Are you ready for spiritual battle? 4. The shield of faith (v 16) – Protects us against specific attacks from the enemy. Are you able to defend yourself from the fiery darts of Satan?

4. Ephesians 6:17-24 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. 19 Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should. 21 Tychicus, the dear brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will tell you everything, so that you also may know how I am and what I am doing. 22 I am sending him to you for this very purpose, that you may know how we are, and that he may encourage you. 23 Peace to the brothers, and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 24 Grace to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.

If not, put on the breastplate of righteousness. 3. Are you ready for spiritual battle? If not, put on the shoes of the gospel. 4. Are you able to defend yourself from the fiery darts of Satan? If not, pick up the shield of faith. 5. Are you winning the battle of the mind? If not, put on the helmet of salvation. 6. Are you skilled in the use of God’s Word? If not, take up the sword of the Spirit. 7. Are you praying effectively and faithfully?
