The SSAC-2012 exhibition will organized in parallel to the SSAC-2012 in JUST campus (8-10 October 2012). The exhibition will take place in front of auditoriums of conference in a large space to be designed to suit the needs of exhibitors and easy access to attendees of conference and university students and employees. During the exhibition, the participated company/organization will present their company/organization products and services to a broad audience and will create and enhance successful opportunities by meeting decision makers, experts, researchers and colleagues. Agricultural Exhibition (SSAC-2012) REGISTRATION AND REGISTRATION FEES Exhibitors are obliged to pay a registration fee according to the space reserved (includes display area and power connection) in registration form in the following profiles:  Standard stand 1 (2m×2m)(JD 100)  Standard stand 2 (3m×2m)(JD 150)  Standard stand 3 (3m×3m)(JD 200)  Special stand (Fees are to be negotiated) The company/organization like to participate in exhibition required to complete the registration form and send it to the contact address (please see website to download the form).

CALL FOR SPONSORSHIP The organizing committee of the SSAC-2012 is delighted to advertise a message to groups and individuals and companies/organizations to support the SSAC-2012 financially to conduct the event activities successfully. This event will provide an excellent platform to enhance communications between the brand sponsors and the decision makers and clients. BENEFITS TO SPONSORING COMPANY/ORGANIZATION The name and logo of sponsor company/organization will be put on the list of sponsors on the event website, the sponsors` wall sheet at the exhibition site and in the proceedings. Platinum Prestige 1) Allocate for 3m × 2m stand space in the exhibition. 2) Exemption the delegates of the sponsoring company/organization from fees to participate in the conference and exhibition. Gold Prestige 1) Allocate for 2m × 2m stand space in the exhibition. 2) Three delegates from the sponsoring company will attend the conference with no fees. Silver Prestige 1) Allocate for 2m × 1.5m stand space in the exhibition. 2) Two delegates from the sponsoring company will attend the conference with no fees.
