3. Our Ranch We raise Australian Shepherds on a working ranch in Wise County, Texas. Our ranch is not big, so we choose quality over quantity in our livestock. 4. Hilltop Ranch Hilltop Ranch is located in Wise County about 10 miles east of Decatur, TX. We moved to the ranch in 2007 and are still working to improve the ranch and our stock. We are also establishing peach orchards. 5. Cattle We raise Angus / Hereford cross cattle; which are often known as “Black Baldies” because of their white faces. This cross combines the favored Angus beef characteristics with the quiet disposition of Herefords.

6. Cutting Horses Millenium Man – who we call “Buddy” – is our two year old prospect currently in training. Buddy has been under saddle since January and on cattle since March.

7. Our Dogs We have standard Australian Shepherds and breed for good working characteristics; which we believe also produces good family dogs. Our dogs are all “part of the family”, even if they have a job on the ranch.

8. Lori Lori had six puppies on March 25. This is her first litter. Lori is 2 ½ years old and was from one of Belle and Scout’s litters. She is an affectionate, loyal, even tempered red tricolor Aussie.

9. Shep Shep, the father of this litter, is a blue eyed blue merle. He is very loyal and people oriented. Shep is an athletic, well built Aussie with a winning disposition.
