2 Saint Valentin was a roman priest who lived about the third century. It is said that the roman emperor who governed at that time forbade the marriage between the young people because single men fought better than marriaged men. Valentin rebealed against this law and married people secretly. The emperor discovered this and imprisoned Valentin. When he was in prison, his jailer wanted to ridicule him and asked him to heal their daughter who was born blind. However Valentin healed him. In spite of everything he was condemned to death St Valentin of Terni
