2 ADJECTIVES Adjectives are used to describe things, animals or people. They are the same before singular and plural nouns. They can go before a noun or after the verb be. It’s a big house The house is big

5 Comparative adjectives
We often compare people, animals or things; we say how they are similar or different. Comparative adjectives are used to talk about the differences between two people, animals or things. The word than often comes after the comparative adjective.

6 Examples: My school is bigger than yours Jack is taller than Sara

13 Superlative adjectives
Superlative adjectives are used to talk about differences between three or more people, animals or things. The word the comes before the superlative adjective.
