6 Next Steps What are you most concerned with for your students? What do you want to do about it? Who might you enlist to help? What do you need from leadership? What are the 2-3 things you will commitment to doing over the next month to begin the journey toward preparing your students for their futures.

7 With an Elbow Partner: Discuss ways some of these things might already be happening in your school. Discuss ways you might be able to help your school with these goals. List one to three things you can do when you get back to begin or further the conversation toward implementation of the Iowa Core—specifically the 21 st Century Skills and Universal Constructs. Who do you need to talk to? Who will be an ally? What do you need from your leadership or from each other?
