2
MEASURE PRESSURE AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY WITHIN THE TROPOSPHERE AND LOWER STRATOSPHERE AS A FUNCTION OF TEMPERATURE, AND TO CHARACTERIZE AND ATTAIN A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF OUR ATMOSPHERE BY REPRODUCING DATA OBTAINED FROM PREVIOUS LAUNCHES AND NOAA’S EXPERIMENTS.
3
Science Objectives Determine relationship between relative humidity, temperature and pressure within the troposphere, tropopause and stratosphere as a function of altitude Compare data obtained with NOAA
4
Technical Objectives Payload shall be constructed to survive extreme conditions of the upper atmosphere. Payload should recover measurements of relative humidity, temperature, and pressure within the atmosphere. To recover data, payload should be able to withstand ascent and landing.
