3. Features THE STAFF Each Villa is staffed with an English speaking houseman, a cook, a maid/laundress, a groundskeeper, waiter/bartender, assistant cook and a personal driver. The staff has been trained to serve the guests of the Villa and cater to your needs. The Houseman manages the Villa and will also serve as your own private concierge during your stay. The cooks are among the best in all of Mexico and have achieved great honor by being selected to work in The Villas. There will be a staff to guest ration of approximately 1 – 2. There will be a minimum of one American Marketing travel coordinator for each 20 guests. Travel coordinators will assist in implementing personal itineraries and needs of the guests, as well as insure the quality of the service provided in the villas. 4. Features THE MEALS Full breakfasts (American and Mexican style), lunches and special dinners are provided daily for everyone's pleasure. Breakfasts are usually served at 8:30 AM, (early risers are treated to fresh fruit, juice and coffee at 7:00 am. Lunch is served normally at 1:00 PM and dinners normally at 8:00 PM. Times may vary depending on the activities of the guests of each individual Villa. Each afternoon Mexican Hors d'oeuvres are served poolside at approximately 4:00 PM. All the Mexican favorites will be featured. Each dinner is served with white or red Domestic wine. Next

5. Features THE BAR Your beverage service includes an unlimited open bar, which operates continuously. The Bar will be stocked daily with domestic beer, wine, brand liquors, soft drinks and a full assortment of mixers for Margaritas, Pina Coladas, Bloody Marys and Juice drinks. Your houseman will serve drinks until approximately 10:00 PM, however the bar remains open 24hours for self service. For relaxing after dinner, cordials and coffee are provided. TRANSPORTATION Each Villa will be equipped with a vehicle and driver for a period of 8 hours each day. Depending on the schedule of the guests in the villa the driver should be available to handle any local transportation needs. Next

6. ACTIVITIES Golf, tennis, water sports, snorkeling wave-runners, scuba, parasailing, deep-sea fishing, night life, shopping tours, sightseeing tours and much more are available.
