8. Testing performed by Bodycote Testing Group Parameters: Zafety Lug Lock ™ 1. Three Zafety Lug Lock ™ units tested 2. Temperature testing at 25⁰C (77⁰F), 50⁰C (122⁰F) and - 40⁰C (-40⁰F) 3. Vibration test at 30 Hz and 3 g acceleration amplitude 4. Each segment of the test was two hours with a total duration of 6 hours

9. TEST PROCEDURE:  4 nuts tightened to spec (450-500 psi)  2 nuts hand tightened  White line applied to nuts and bolts to identify positioning  Vibration at specific temperature for 2 hours Zafety Lug Lock ™  Visual inspection of Zafety Lug Lock ™ units and nuts for any changes
