Lessons Learned Self-directed learners benefitted the most Multiple ways to learn: totally online, Workbook, webcast recordings, small groups Computers on site at first class to assist with secure log-ins Weekly instructor e-mails to provide participant encouragement and answer questions Fits well over 15 weeks (semester course) or mid-November to March (Ag Marketing Clubs)
