2. Georgia Aquarium Opens On November 23, 2005, Georgia’s new aquarium in Atlanta will open. They have all sorts of different animals such as starfish, stingrays, sea otters, penguins, and beluga whales. The aquarium holds over eight million gallons of water and can take care of more than 100,000 fish. Most of the aquariums animals arrived from fish farms. The fish have flown from farms overseas or come from the coasts of Georgia or Florida. Some sea animals were brought from other aquariums or zoos. Personal Response I chose this article because the aquarium has tons of different sea creatures and I find all animals amazing.
