It boasts a large database of existing and previous customers that can be utilised to generate new teams for future competitions. The active and fun natures of its business offering ensures ongoing repeat customers and excellent “word of mouth” to new customers. The diversity of sports and activities offered and the varying age of the potential customers (generally 8 – 45 years of age) sees the business draw from a large portion of the population. The Action Indoor Sports brand comes as a “turn key” operation with all necessary Staff Training documents, Rulebooks, promotional flyers, TV Adverts, Radio Adverts and global website with an online presence for team entries. 3. The “Action Indoor Sports” brand is owned worldwide by Clubtek International as part of its staple of products in the Sportainment Leisure company. For an overview please visit www.sportainmentleisure.comwww.sportainmentleisure.com The brand and logo are used in Australia, New Zealand and Japan with moves underway for its introduction into the Singapore and China market. The right to use the Action Indoor Sports logo and brand name in Tasmania is held exclusively by Yellowball Investments Pty Ltd. Yellowball Investments Pty Ltd is owned by Brett Clark. Brett Clark is also a Director and shareholder in Clubtek International and assists in the overseas development of the brand. Brett Clark, via Yellowball Investments Pty Ltd, is the majority shareholder in Action Indoor Sports Eastern Shore (Netsports Entertainment Pty Ltd) and also owns the Action Indoor Sports facility in Tullamarine as well as being the Managing Director of the Action Indoor Sports Head Office in Victoria. The new owners of the Eastern Shore site will be assigned exclusive rights to use the Action Indoor Sports logo and brand by way of a Licence Agreement between Yellowball Investments Pty Ltd and the new entity. The new owner is under no obligation to continue to use the Action brand but our experience is that a key factor in the success of the business at Eastern Shore is the access and profile of a global brand and the ability to utilize group marketing materials, group buying power, shared innovation and the experience of long serving operators within the Action Indoor Sports group. 4. The property is situated in an easy to get to location with excellent parking and adjoins a Fernwood Female Fitness Centre which complements the Indoor Sports nature of the facility. The current lease is being revised to provide a six(6) year tenancy ending 30 th April 2018 and a four(4) year option to 30 th April 2022. As a part of this new lease the owners have committed to provide capital upgrades to the toilet, kitchen and tiled areas. The facility consists of three(3) multipurpose netted courts which are in excellent condition The property has a sought after and difficult to obtain On Premise Liquor Licence which will be transferred to the new owners. In short, the new owners will not be required to invest in any facility upgrades and/or high level maintenance for many years to come with all assets being in excellent condition. 5. The Eastern Shore facility has a current and past player’s database of over 11,000 members. Team numbers for each sport are seasonal with the facility having over 200 teams in each season. The current season proportion for each sports are: Indoor Cricket - 66 Teams Indoor Netball – 72 Teams Indoor Soccer – 70 Teams The weekly sports and activities are structured as follows: Monday Nights – Indoor Cricket Tuesday Nights – Indoor Netball Mixed Wednesday Nights – Indoor Cricket Thursday Night – Indoor Netball Ladies Friday Nights – Indoor Soccer & Indoor Cricket Sundays Nights – Indoor Soccer The facility is currently CLOSED all day Saturday and prior to 3pm on Sundays. 6. The business has a high and constant cash flow. (The business currently banks with the ANZ and we would be happy to provide evidence of a strong banking history). All services are paid for on the night which ensures nil debtors or accounts receivable. The only invoiced goods are School Bookings during the day. 10. Brett Clark as a representative of Action Indoor Sports and as a majority shareholder in Netsports Entertainment Pty Ltd trading as Action Indoor Sports Eastern Shore will be spending a week in Hobart and arranging on-site meetings and information sessions with all parties who have registered an expression of interest. Interstate and overseas parties will need to co-ordinate travel arrangements to coincide with these information sessions. Any party who wishes to place a formal offer after these on site meetings will be required to pay a deposit and parties will go through a “due diligence” with their respective legal representation.
