PRELINER wird mit einem speziell entwickelten Injektionsmörtel, dem TROLINING-Injektor, verfüllt. Hierdurch erlangt das bis dahin noch flexible Sandwich-System eine Eigenstatik. Über Befüllschläuche wird der niedrig viskose, sehr schnell abbindende, dabei hoch endfeste und umweltverträgliche Mineralzement in das System injiziert. Die Ringraumverfüllung erfolgt drucklos vom Tief- zum Hochpunkt der zu sanierenden Haltung. Gleichzeitig erfolgt eine Entlüftung des Ringraumes über eingeschweißte Entlüftungsstutzen, so dass eine komplette Verfüllung des Ringraumes ohne Lufteinschlüsse gewährleistet ist. Pressure Test acc.
