Warm-up (IN) Learning Objective: To understand Angle of Depression and Angle of Elevation, demonstrating their use by defining them in a real world setting. 1.Convert to degrees. 2.Convert 252º to radians. 3.Find the arc length and area of a sector in a circle with radius 12 yds and central angle 70 º.

4 Ex 2 – A meteorologist finds the height of a cloud using a ceilometer. A ceilometer consists of a light projector that directs light upward and a light detector that is away from the source and scans the cloud for the light projected.
