Brian Riley Brian Riley, has more than 25 years of financial institution experience and is an expert in the areas of bank card technology, emerging trends, new products, gift cards, and revenue management. As a banking expert, Riley works on a wide variety of business and technology issues, from new threats against consumers who use debit cards, to the impact of new technologies (e.g.. Mobile payments), and banking regulations that affect bank executive decision making. Riley got his first taste of banking early as an auditor for Citibank. His background includes an in-depth application of innovative solutions for preventing business to consumer e-commerce fraud. Prior to launching 41st Parameter, Mr. Eisen served as the Worldwide Fraud Director for American Express focusing on Internet, MOTO and counterfeit fraud. Prior to American Express, Mr. Eisen was the Director of Fraud Prevention for VeriSign/Network Solutions. Mr. Eisen has an extensive background in developing system infrastructure and implemented solutions, and he is highly regarded in the information and payment technologies industry.
