19 FAQs Will my data be confidential if I share it through Portfolio Manager data? Absolutely. Only ASHE-designated individuals can see data shared with the E2C program. To display your data in the E2C dashboard, we ask you to also link your account to our dashboard software provider, Lucid. Lucid is bound by an NDA to keep all shared data confidential. In the E2C dashboard, your standings in any competitions (not your full data) will be public by default but you can change this setting so that your data appears anonymously. Where did the $1 Billion number come from? Using AHA’s annual survey of hospitals and IFMA’s 2013 Healthcare energy benchmarking report, we estimated the potential savings if half of all US hospitals achieved a 10% energy intensity improvement. If we reach this level of participation within two years and sustain it for a total of three years, we will have met our $1 billion goal! What am I committing to? There is no mandatory commitment associated with E2C. Our collective goal is to save $1 billion over five years. On average, this is a 10% energy efficiency improvement for each participant. Who is Mazzetti? MazzettiMazzetti is an engineering firm who has worked with ASHE to build the Sustainability Roadmap for Hospitals and Energy Efficiency Commitment Awards. Mazzetti continues to power the Energy to Care campaign with ASHE.
