We are about a 15 minute drive from Penn State and less than 5 minutes from downtown Bellefonte. We are within 1.5 miles of Rt. 220 and 4 miles from Interstate 80 (Bellefonte exit). Grocery Stores, Gas Stations and a
variety of Restaurants are all nearby.
Rental Rates:
Monthly: $2,200.00
Discounted rates are available for longer lease periods.
Housekeeping services are optional (additional fee) and can be customized for each client.

WE WILL PROGRAM A PERSONAL 4 DIGIT CODE INTO THE DOOR LOCK SO YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT RETURNING THE KEYS. YOU CAN ALSO HAVE YOUR MAIL DELIVERED RIGHT TO YOUR UNIT.

OUR CONVENIENCE PASS THROUGH FROM THE LIVING ROOM TO KITCHEN MAKES ENTERTAINING EASY.

THE MASTER BEDROOM INCLUDES A QUEEN SIZE BED, 6 DRAWER DRESSER AND TWO BEDSIDE TABLES.

12. MASTER BEDROOM
ALL BEDROOMS HAVE SPACIOUS CLOSETS. CUSTOM BLINDS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED THAT ARE TOP DOWN OR BOTTOM UP ALLOWING PRIVACY WHILE NOT BLOCKING OUT ALL OF THE NATURAL LIGHT.

13. BEDROOM #2
THIS BEDROOM IS FURNISHED WITH A TWIN BED THAT HAS A TRUNDLE UNDERNEATH. A FOUR DRAWER DRESSER AND SIDE CHAIR WILL ROUND OUT THE FURNISHINGS.

14. BEDROOM #3
THIS BEDROOM INCLUDES A QUEEN SIZE BED, BEDSIDE TABLE AND SIDE CHAIR.

15. FIRST FLOOR POWDER ROOM
ADJACENT TO THE KITCHEN IS A HALF BATH FOR FIRST FLOOR CONVENIENCE.

OUR LAUNDRY AREA IS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR CLOSE TO THE BEDROOMS AND MAIN BATH. WE HAVE STOCKED TOWELS AND SHEETS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. WE ALSO HAVE AN IRON AND IRONING BOARD HERE FOR YOUR USE.
