11 2) Pre-Permit Agreements Designed for larger tenant improvement projects Allows construction to start – “at risk” – while plans are being reviewed: demolition, construction of partitions, rough mechanical (HVAC), plumbing and electrical, and drywall on one side. Requires an initial meeting with the owner or architect and our architectural plan reviewer prior to submittal of plans Pre-Permit Agreement Form: construction can begin. No work may be concealed. No inspections are made. Construction plans go through normal review process 11
