3 Sin Takes You Farther Than You Wanted To Go Constant enticements broke Samson’s will, 16:15-17, 6-7 –Sin’s first allurements must be resisted! 4 Sin Keeps You Longer Than You Wanted To Stay Samson did not intend to remain bound, 16:20 –Must consider immediate and long term effects of sin, Prov 23:29-35 –Do not experiment with sin – it is blinding and powerful, 2 Cor 4:4; Acts 8:18-24; 2 Pet 2:19 –Sin is wasteful, causing despair and desperation, Lk 15:11-17 4
