6 MPEA What we do… Prepare leadership candidates for state assessments leading to Missouri certification New SLLA Update Roundtable Discussion Support professional development opportunities Two statewide conferences annually Partner with organizations to co-facilitate and promote workshops – Leadership Academy, RPDC’s, MASSP, MAESP

7 MPEA What we do… Strive to increase the diversity of educational leadership faculty and leadership candidates in Missouri. District partnerships to recruit diverse candidates Inclusive hiring practices / Induction for new faculty Promote opportunities for mentoring new school and district leaders Involvement in Missouri Administrator Mentoring Program (AMP)
