Activity Sheet T monitors Ss’ individual use of referencing skills, praising and encouraging the Ss. 1

3 Context: It’s July in Australia. Jacky and his sister Jenny are preparing to travel to China.They are listening to the weather report of China over the radio. But Jacky can’t catch all the information. It happens that his sister can’t catch all,either. So they’re talking with each other about the information.

17 A Travelling Plan We are going to visit Beijing at the end of this month. We hear that Beijing is a very beautiful city and there are many places of interest there such as the Great Wall, the Palace Museum and the Summer Palace, so we will stay there for two weeks. It is said that the weather in Beijing is changeable, so we will have to take our jackets, hats, sun-glasses, umbrellas, camera and some other necessities. We are sure we will have a good time in Beijing.
