2. D EFINITION OF STOKE A stroke is the sudden death of a portion of the brain cells due to the lack of oxygen. A stoke occurs when blood flow to the brain resulting in abnormal function of brain. It causes by blockage or rupture of an artery to the brain.

S YMPTOMS OF STOKE Sudden numbness or weakness in the face, arm or leg—especially on one side of the body Sudden confusion, trouble speaking and understanding Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes Sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination. Sudden severe headache with no cause

4. T REATMENT OF STROKE Emergency treatment for stroke depends on whether you are having Ischemic Stoke blocking an artery. Aspirin is the best-proven immediate treatment after the stroke to reduce the likelihood of having another stroke.
