11 Ofsted feedback – 2010 Governors bring an excellent range of expertise and skills to the college, and are highly effective in monitoring all aspects of college performance. The college has an innovative system of college councils for each site, comprising local business and community representatives as well as staff and student members. A representative of each college council sits on the full corporation board, ensuring a strong focus on the particular circumstances and needs across different parts of the county.
