3 God is Generous Gave us life (Gen. 2:7) Gave us His Son (Jn. 3:16) Gives every good thing (Jas. 1:17) Wants to give us eternal life (1 Tim. 2:4) Provided all necessary for us to have it!

4 Prodigal Son’s Father Generous Kind

5 God is Kind And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. (Lk. 15:20). Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. (1 Pet. 5:6-7).

6 Prodigal Son’s Father Generous Kind Good To His Hired Servants

7 God is Good to All  Even to those who don’t deserve it (1 Jn. 4:10)  Good to people who nailed Jesus’ hands to the cross (Lk. 23:34)  Good to people who never say thanks (Rom. 1:21)  Good to people who despise His goodness (Rom. 2:4).

8 Prodigal Son’s Father Generous Kind Good To His Hired Servants Recognized Son’s Free Moral Agency

9 God Recognizes Our Free Agency  We are free to choose (Josh. 24:15).  Two ways clearly identified (Matt. 7:13-14).  Teaches us the right way (Deut. 30:19-20).  Pleads with us to make the right choice (Matt. 11:28-30; Rev. 22:17).

10 Prodigal Son’s Father Generous Kind Good To His Hired Servants Recognized Son’s Free Moral Agency Watched & Waited for Son’s Return Forgiving Loved Both of His Sons - Impartial Rejoiced When the Lost Return
